DRDO Entry Test 2013 CEPTAM 6 Notification 844 Vacancies

A notification for DRDO Entry Test 2013 (also known as CEPTAM 6) for recruitment to the posts of Senior Technical Assistant-B in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300 to 34800 in different subjects, Technician-A in PB-1 Rs.5200 to 20200 in different trades and Other Posts in PB-1 & 2 under Admin & Allied been issued by Defence Research & Development Organisation. This time DRDO Entry Test 2013 (CEPTAM 6) is being conducted to fill up 844 Vacancies of above said posts at 50 laboratories / establishment in all over India. Eligibility for DRDO Entry Test 2013 (CEPTAM 6)

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science/ Engineering Diploma of 3 years for STA-B post in different subjects, Matriculation with ITI Certificate in different trades for Technician-A, Master’s Degree / 12^th for different posts under Admin & Allied. • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years for STA-B and Technician, 18 to 30 years for Assistant Hindi and 18 to 27 years for remaining posts under Admin and Allied. Age Limit will be calculated as on closing date of this notification. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PWD will be provided as per govt. rule.

Selection Process: Selection for the said posts will be made through written examination, trade test and interview. Written Test will be of 2 Hours consisting of 150 multiple choice questions.

Admit Card: Candidates can download Admit Card for written test from the website www.drdo.gov.in at least 15 days before from date of written test. Admit Card will not be sent by post to the candidates.

Application Fees: Rs.50 which can be paid online or in the shape of IPO in favour of “The Director, CEPTAM, Delhi”, Payable at Delhi. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/ESM/PWD and all women candidates are not required to pay fees.

How to Apply: Before applying online, you need to register yourself on mobile by sending a SMS. Open your mobile inbox and type “CEPTAM” space “First choice of Exam City Code” space “Post Code” space “Date of Birth DDMMYY” space “Name” and send to 56677. Leave Space between your First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. After sending this SMS, you will get a “Registration Number” in response. You can mention this Registration No. while filling up online application for said posts. Application for Post of STA-B can be filled up online only and for other remaining posts can be filled up Online or Offline in prescribed format. Print out of online application or duly filled application in prescribed form with copies of required documents should be sent by Ordinary Posts to “DRDO Entry Test 2013, Post Box No. 8626, Delhi-110054” on or before 03/06/2013. However, applications of those candidates residing in far-flung area can be accepted within one week after closing date.
